I am excited about taking this journey to wellness with you! With over 25 years of experience in educational, clinical, and private practice settings, I am the founder and owner of Embrace Wellness & Counseling Services. Aside from my education and experience, I have learned lessons that are not taught in courses or training. These “life lessons” have enabled me to embrace my roles as a devoted wife, mother and therapist without neglecting the essence of who I am and who I strive to be. I recognize the challenges we all face while trying to manage our daily struggles.
Sometimes we get it right and sometimes we need a few “re-dos”. I think recognizing that I am human and will sometimes “mess up” was the first step to reclaiming my purpose and discovering that joy is not optional.

Online therapy, or Teletherapy, is a safe and secure way for me to provide you care to/from any location in Texas. I use a HIPAA-compliant platform to deliver personalized service to help you meet your mental health goals. You may use your cellphone, tablet or laptop to access my platform.

If you do not have insurance or would like to pay out-of-pocket for your service, a self-pay option is available. The charge is $120 per session.
